"Purchase A Ysera Bundle" Challenge not completing

My problem ia that in the event its self. When you buy the stars to unlock and upgrade Ysera, i’m not recieving the 3rd star to upgrade her. Why is that!?!?

I bought one bundle and it did not work on my iPhone 15 pro max then later I bought the second bundle trying to activate it, this time on my iPad Pro M4 13. And it did not work again. I only bought the second to try to activate it thinking the lower priced one did not qualify. Still no quest completion. Scam!

Hi devs! I purchased a Ysera bundle in my samsung s24 ultra, did not receive credit for “purchased Ysera bundle” line item in event for 20k tickets. Does not feel right. Please fix this bug so we do not feel scammed. Thank you!

I also didn’t get it on IOS. Additionally I also didn’t get 5000 points when I upgraded a Mini to epic. That’s the total of 25000 points missing for the heroic core. Please fix this

Google pixel 8 here. Bought a bundle and didn’t get credit for it yet either. Would love an update to fix this.

I stopped spending on this game a few months ago when the first “ready for raiding” bundle failed for me. In that instance I only received the coins but no XP or stars for either featured character in my offer. Decided I’d buy a $5 Ysera pack during this event because I really like the character. This time I did get what was offered but I received no credit towards the event. So looks like my spending strike will continue. Bummer.
