- Device Type: Android, PC
- Device Model: OnePlus 13, i7-11700
- Device Operating System: OxygenOS, Windows 11
- Warcraft Rumble App Version: 15.52.0 (latest)
For about a month or so I’ve had a negative amount of rare-o-matics. It was on -7 I think and I initially ignored it hoping it was a known bug that was being worked on but it seems not. I’ve since earned a few more and the number is going down each time (e.g. -7 to -6). I’m now down to -4. I raised it via a support ticket and was told they could see the problem but that there’s no known reported bug and to report it here as there is nothing they can do.
Edit: Since I can’t reply to this I’ll make an edit. So do the devs actually acknowledge submitted bugs or what? Over two weeks since I’ve submitted this and nothing. I’m still unable to use rare-o-matics at all as I’m still in the negative. It would be nice to at least know it has been added to the list to investigate.
