My account cannot access the Heroic Plaguelands

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:
I have completed all the levels of the normal Plaguelands, but the heroic Plaguelands levels are not showing up and I cannot enter and finish them. Please help.

I have the same issue.
I have Winter spring Heroic that I have completed. I have Black rock Mountain that I have started. But Plaguelands is still on the screen “normal” . If I start the fight I have 26+ opponents but have no rewards when I win à all.
I emptied the cache then uninstall app but no change.
I have print screen if of any help

I have completed all heroic map except heroic Plaguelands, my sigils stuck on 155.
Is there any way to fix the bug?

I have the same problem. tried completing all the missions again. I was able to claim the normal reward for 2 of the missions (despite already had done in the past and got 1 extra sigil, not sure if it makes sense). but still no heroic.

Bump. Plaguelands bugged. Cannot access heroic levels, they just play like quest missions with level scaling. Stuck at 155 sigils and can’t progress

Same issue on my account with Dustwallow Marsh map, no heroic access

Same here. Opened a ticket got premade answers for windows troubleshooting and they closed my ticket even after I told that this was not the issue since I was playing on mobile. Really sad about this.

Here is some information I searched online, another player who has the same issue “I completed all the missions in plaguelands but during a special event I had already defeated two of the bosses so those were showing up as defeated. After beating Baron Rivendare the plaguelands missions didn’t change to heroic.”
Here is my guessing the map is not finished and being used as arc light then somehow the bug happened, since Blizzard walks away the game, bug report is useless, the bug could be not fix forever, which is so annoying, to the people who spend and support for a long time

Here is another one:

Have the same problem here as OP. So my assumption is anyone who didn’t clear heroic before the event that used them, will be in the same boat

Same bug on my account. Happened when those missions were part of an event. It’s been months no fix. Probably will never be knowing this game since bug report doesn’t work

Just trying to get attention from devps and trying to be helpful with the people who suffer the same issue,

Maybe next time when the map is being used as an event, have some try could solve it, not sure but since bug report is useless, people can only help themselves

Please kindly fix this problem, It has been six months, My guild badge shows 154 and the map badge shows 155 . I have been stuck on the “Plaguelands Heroic” quest for six months.

My current level is 81.I want to see how long your company can keep me stuck!!
