Multiple unclaimed tomes bug - needs relog per tome

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

So, I have come to notice that there are dozens of tomes I had yet to obtain from rewards and purchases etc.

Now I’ve found the only workaround is booting the game up, receive a single tome, open for rewards, exit game and repeat. I have now done this at least 20 times. That’s a lot of missing tomes!!

I haven’t even finished the unclaimed tomes yet.

I’m having this issue on mobile also. I have to close the game and reopen to open one of many tomes. I’m not even sure how many tomes I have back logged now.

This just started happening after an update after the PC launch update

I am experiencing this bug on mobile as well. Happens whenever multiple tomes are awarded, such as: completing Heroic mission with split-family leader (which awards 2 tomes); purchasing a bundle which includes multiple tomes.
Each time I restart the game, I only receive 1 of the unopened tomes.
Please fix this issue, it is reducing the enjoyability of what is otherwise a fun game.
