Missing Gold Issue - 20,000 Gold Reward

I encountered an issue where I was promised a reward of 20,000 gold as compensation for a previous bug, but I did not receive the gold in my account.

I have a screenshot as proof, and if possible, could you send me an email address where I can send the image. Thanks.

It was for the ysera bundle bug. Just a poor use of the icon.
