Is there any way to check if I used my account so that I won‘t lose my progress? I am not sure I did this.

Worked fine yesterday, updated the game yesterday, still worked, but seems to have broken when I restarted the phone over night
Aug 27th I am having the same issues for 2 days now.
Testsrted the phone, cleared all cache and temp memory etc etc. Nothing worked.
Blizzard wanna fix this?

I am getting the game to work part of the time, but there are certain quests or fights that are triggering this endless loop for about 15 minutes. One such quest is dock master in the arc quests. I completed the fights before and after him, but go into the loop with him. Same with my last pvp attempt with maiev with a bunch of unbound minis.
