In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:
I had my coins placed in the negative because I opened a ticket to report undelivered digital products, I.e. I was trying to buy coins but I kept getting errors and crashes. I tried several times. Here’s the breakdown of events:
-
I tried to buy coins (the $99.99 bundle) through the app. It got stuck on loading so I force closed the game.
-
I tried a few more times over the next two days. Game stuck on loading most of those times, twice it crashed.
-
Then I went on battle.net and placed an order. I got another error. I changed my payment method and tried again, this time it worked.
-
I log into the game and I received 12,600 coins. Great.
-
I read my credit card statements and PayPal statements later that day and find out I’ve been charged more than 5-6 times for the in-app purchases that didn’t work. So now I’m out $500-600.
-
I contacted support about the issue. They weren’t understanding the issue at all, I got 5 different people replying, someone new every time I replied.
-
One of the GMs refunded me for both of the battle.net transactions saying they were a “courtesy” refund, but they said I have to go through Apple for the ones ordered in-app. I still haven’t been refunded for those.
-
Someone on the GM team decided to give me a negative coin balance in the game retroactively because of the refunds they chose to give me…
-
I tried to explain this situation to them and they closed the thread, so I’m here appealing this. I’m still out a lot of money, and now have negative coins for no reason.
After speaking to a GM, they asked to post here in regards to Order numbers 1010880353 and 1010879606.
I still have several purchases that I was charged for through the app which I never received the gold for, but I am focusing on the two battle.net purchases in this post.
I bought these two through the Battle.net website because the shop wasn’t working.
However, the first time I purchased it the order confirmation page never loaded so I tried it again. I ended up being charged twice and only receiving one of the bundles.
Then when I reported it to the GM they refunded me and they set my gold to -17k (they removed 25,200 gold) despite the fact that the refund was for the missing gold I never received, and according to the GM they refunded both of the transactions as a “courtesy” but then why basically steal my gold? I didn’t even ask them to refund both, I just wanted to refund the one affected by the bug.
