I didn’t get any talents

I am lvl 58 and still didn’t get any talents for any mini. What did I do wrong or what am my otipins?
In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

Can you guys fix the bug with my full map 159 sigils, been giving feedback for 6 months 30+ times! Trash Blizzard!

It is kinda strange my talents are locked and I think that’s why I’m not able to buy them of the grid …

Yeah, pretty frustrating. Seems like it’s not a common one, so I doubt we’ll get much attention on it.

I don’t really understand this system …
Why do I write a ticket and the gm is not amble to to anything or at least report it to the developers…?
