G.R.I.D. 3+ weeks no talent options seen

Still no talents seen on the G.R.I.D., despite having several units with 3 to 5+ stars gained. Even recycle it kind of often. Zero talents pop up.

Anyone else seeing this?

I was told to submit a bug report on this same issue. Should I anticipate the same response? 5.5 months of crickets?
