Hi, the game crashes every time I try to claim season PvP rewards on both mobile and PC. Here is the scenario:
- Login,
- Click on PvP button, I see the “pvp season complete” message and the rank ladder going up to my rank in the outgoing pvp season,
- The rewards get displayed, click on “claim” button, the game crashes and automatically restart then gets stuck on “Blizzard” loading page.,
- If I terminate the game and repeat it crashes again.
In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:
- Device Type: Android Phone & PC
- Device Model: S24 & Pixel 8
- Device Operating System: Android & Windows
- Warcraft Rumble App Version: latest

I have the same problem, too. On Android, iOS, and PC. I tried reinstalling the game on Android, and even tried a fresh install on a fresh PC and still having the same problem.
Devices: S24 Ultra, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and PC
Devices OS: Android, iOS, and Windows
Rumble: latest

I did the same steps on iOS, Windows, and MacOS. Game crashes on all.
Please find a fix.

Exactly the same problem here, Android & PC.

Same problem here.
PvP > “claim your rewards” animation > click claim > game freezes > restarts > endless loading screen.
The problem happens on all devices.
On the same devices with a different account everything works fine, so it’s clearly account-related.
I missed the entire last season because of this and hoped it would be fixed with the new one, but it’s still the same.
So basically, if you run into this bug, it seems permanent and the only option is to post here and wait for a janitor to fix it.

I can see I am not alone. I have also same issue on every platform, started as of new season. In my opinion problem is because we were online / matching before season ends. Transition on daily resets was always problematic in this game. Please fix as soon as posibble as we cannot play any more new season PvP too. Its game stopping bug.

Similar bugs also created as side case to this one. I also spoke with few people from s14 who already quit for such a reason. Please fix this otherwise we wont be able to do PvP or claim previous season. Its a game blocking bug and should be fixed asap. So many of us waiting for. Rewards can be forced to deliver those who have this issue, we dont need to claim from game screen

Can we have atleast some answer from Developer team ? This issue has been marked or listed on their work load ? How many players you will lose because of this issue every season ?

Me too! It’s also preventing me from participating in and claiming the hallows end event tickets for pvp related challenges. Super disappointing. Please fix! It’s crazy that you can’t just have them added manually by a support rep to carry on playing.

This is super annoying bug and preventing us to play further. For end game players, there is nothing to do if not PvP. Please give us some ETA or say that its going to be fixed etc. Its a game blocking bug!

If there is any posibility to deliver rewards manually, or script wise then you guys must do it. Or I dont even care rewards anymore, just let me play PvP without this bug. Remove the animation on rewards screen so we will be ok I guess. I can provide any details if this bug is taken seriously. What ever developer needs to fix it.

Same Problem here - I am a very old player of Rumble and PVP is the reason I play Rumble. I tried every possible solution but couldnt recieve end of season PvP rewards to be able to play PvP. I have updated, redownloaded, tried with variety of VPNs and every time I press the PVP button, I get the reward page and every time I claim, the game crashes! I tried on PC, adroid and Iphone and have the same problem. This mean it is an account problem that requres solving! I have opened ticket after ticket and have no help regarding the topic. I do have a little work around that doesnt solve the isse but allows me to SOMETIMES do PvP, when you click PvP, if you click join battle very fast you have a CHANCE to be pushed out of the reward claim page and it sometimes throws you in the PvP machup. DOesnt always work though. Hope this helps some untill they resolve this and really hope it is resolved soon…

open pvp mode,as soon as possible click [start],maybe you can get in pvp battle.
I lost two seasons,but now 14000 score.
if you can not get the pvp basic reward under 6000 points,let your wifi or mobile data slowly,you will get more time.
this is a lazy bug.

Quickly clicking start will not take you into match always, it works but sometime disconnected game, restarting or ghost queing. I did push to 16k with such a bug but everytime after every game, it restarts. New PvP season rewards also didnt overwrite old one, we are not getting anything and also blocking game play. Please fix this bug already. It block our gameplay.
