Game crashe each time I try to claim last seasons PvP rewards, Cant play PvP

I am a very old player of Rumble and PVP is the reason I play Rumble. I tried every possible solution but couldnt recieve end of season PvP rewards to be able to play PvP. I have updated, redownloaded, tried with variety of VPNs and every time I press the PVP button, I get the reward page and every time I claim, the game crashes! I tried on PC, adroid and Iphone and have the same problem. This mean it is an account problem that requres solving! I have opened ticket after ticket and have no help regarding the topic. I do have a little work around that doesnt solve the isse but allows me to SOMETIMES do PvP, when you click PvP, if you click join battle very fast you have a CHANCE to be pushed out of the reward claim page and it sometimes throws you in the PvP machup. DOesnt always work though. Hope this helps some untill they resolve this and really hope it is resolved soon…

  1. Login,

  2. Click on PvP button, I see the “pvp season complete” message and the rank ladder going up to my rank in the outgoing pvp season,

  3. The rewards get displayed, click on “claim” button, the game crashes and automatically restart then gets stuck on “Blizzard” loading page.,

  4. If I terminate the game and repeat it crashes again.

  • Devices: iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPad 13 Pro, Macbook pro 14, Samsung Galaxy s25 and Windows PC

  • Device Operating System: Android, Mac, Windows

  • Warcraft Rumble App Version: latest (redownloaded several times)

This is hell of a bug and should be fixed, its game blocking.

I’ve been experiencing the same thing on both my accounts (collector level 81 and 74) for roughly 4 months and every time I get a response from a developer it is the phoniest AI gaslighting pseudo empathy with nothing useful. Clearly I’ve put a lot of time and money into these accounts and this complete void of customer service is shameful. Blizzard used to be a proud company I didn’t recognize this husk it has become.

Are there any work around we can do?

I noticed that the days following a season reset it allows me to claim and even play one game but next time pvp loads the cycle starts up again. 2 seasons now I’ve been locked out over this ridiculous bug. Blizzard, get the **** going dude.

Almost full account, spend hours and paid…. Now I cannot play with my account because of game blocking blizzard fault bug. Can you guys get this done please. Solutions can be

  1. Remove animation play for PvP reward screen after end season
  2. Write a script that people will deliver their missing rewards on popup screen (You guys did this for many other bugs)
  3. I dont even care now any rewards, remove it and let me play the game normally.

COME ON…..
