Unable to log into game on mobile, only on Windows PC Battle.net version, which is newer than the version on mobile for some reason.

I also have this issue. Pc version is newer and can’t play on iOS anymore since it’s an older version with no update available

Same thing here. Had the error since I logged onto my pc yesterday and it ran an update. I can no longer play on mobile iOS device

same problem here. all the solutions from blizz support page doesn’t work. i first played it on pc and then i cant play on my iphone 11. i also asked chatgpt to search and help, but nothing works. it’s now round about five days.
