Did not receive mythic tome and 1 family tome from season 15 war chest

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

  • Device Model: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
  • Device Operating System: Android 15
  • Warcraft Rumble App Version: 14.49.0

I did not receive the Mythic Tome prize from or season 15 warchest. Ive tried restarting, cleared the cache and data. I also did not receive the 1st cenarion family tome that was available at the same time the Mythic tome was available. My in game account name is Marshymellow

Same here. I was not prompted with the mini selections for the mythic or family tomes for this season’s war chest.

When I launched the game the next day, I received the XP from the tomes.

I did not receive the epic upgrade core…

No epic core from guild rewards…claimed but doesn’t show in inventory.

I am the author of the original poat and I am now missing the mythic tome and 3 family tomes from the warchest. I did get the epic core and a few other family tomes. But I will be very upset if im not compensated.

I never got mine either. Legendary core was the latest.

I am the author of this bug report and I STILL HAVE NOT received ny first of 3 rewards in the war chest. The Mythic Tome. Please Please Please fix this.

I just finished the season rewards and never got the epic core. Even tho it shows that i claimed it. WTF?
