I am stuck in an endless crash loop when trying to claim PvP Season rewards. Every time I open the PvP menu, the game attempts to process the reward, crashes to the Blizzard logo, and reloads.

I have contacted Support (Ticket ID:EU104490568) and they confirmed that standard steps like clearing cache, reinstalling the game, or switching devices do not work. It is a server-side account synchronization issue.This bug completely blocks me from playing PvP mode. Please investigate this account-bound “claim loop” bug.
