[CRASH LOOP] Unable to PvP (can't collect S14 PvP rewards)

I am completely unable to collect my rewards or even play any PvP matches. Every time I click the PvP button, the game plays the rewards collection animation for Season 14, and upon clicking the “Claim” button, the game flashes a black screen, I can see +600 gold and +2500 AE flash for about 2 seconds before the game crashes and the Blizzard logo launch screen appears and remains completely frozen indefinitely until I force close the app to restart.

Since I can’t collect my PvP rewards, I am completely unable to play any PvP. The current event has PvP missions to do for rewards. PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

I have reinstalled the game, cleared cache, cleared data, restarted the devices. The issue persists on PC and on Mobile.

I have the same issue on both my Android device and PC.

Same bug issue. Can’t be fixed by reinstalling and not get fixed until now. It’s time to delete this game.

I am having the exact same issue with the Season 14 rewards loop. Tried everything: reinstalling, clearing cache, switching from Android to PC. Nothing works. The game crashes right after clicking ‘Claim’. This is definitely a server-side bug that needs an urgent fix.
