Having the same issue. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried to go through the whole tutorial until there were no more instructions, then login with my account. Same problem.

iphone 14 pro max, all updated, same issue. having been playing blizzard games for over 10 years, this one has the lowest quality! So many problems! what is going on???

Same problem for my nephew on iPad with the latest update. Works fine on my iPhone 14, my sigil level is 124 and his is only 22 (so he’s definitely still “new player” territory). We tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, nothing worked. Hope this gets fixed soon so I can play the event with him!

Seems to be an account issue. My account is fine by wife’s is stuck on every device in the house. My iPhone 16 pro max, Her iPhone 14, and multiple iPads.

Once you log in with a bugged account you can’t get logged out with clearing all app data through restore.

Same issue here. Just opened up and was forced to update. Once completed and got into the first screen it loaded a little tutorial and aksed me to claim a reward and then it glitches out and nothing but the bottom tray buttons are clickable so i can switch tabs between the grid, armory, map, dungeon/raid, clan screens but nothing is clickable so its essentially bricked my game. Please fix this asap - i dont wanna miss out on this latest event.

Same issue. Galaxy s22. Tried reinstalling clearing cache. Etc… havnt played in months and remembering why.

Same issue on every device with the same account doing every possible reset, clearing cash, deleting all local data. I use two accounts one is fine the other locks me out of that device until I do a hard enough reset to require re-login to swap to my functional account. Pretty stupid an established account with level 20+ avg armies even starts the tour. Even dummer I can skip out of it to get to app’s settings to log out.
