Can t claim reward in dungeon
I can’t even cancel that and start new one
I had the same issue, and now my game can’t even launch.
I now can’t even get into the game on my account even with:
The loading bar just goes up and the blizzard logo flashes and then it just repeats
-Clearing cache
-Clearing storage
-Relogging and loading back in
-still hangs up
-Restarting phone
-Re-downloading app
I believe this is what corrupted my account.
This is the same issue as my topic… Game will not boot, loads to 100% then Blizzard screen Add a comment on there to see if we can get some traction for us players that cant even get into the game.

I get the same issue with the dungeon
