Can not play seige

I was really looking forward to the new patch today, but even after updating and starting the game, my bug still hasn’t been fixed. This is a serious issue — why won’t you fix it? Do you even realize how much loss and disadvantage I’ve suffered over the past few months because I couldn’t receive my raid rewards? How would you feel if you paid for content and the developers just kept ignoring such a major bug?

I’ve posted about this many times already, and honestly, I’m starting to doubt that anyone on your team is even reading these reports. But I’ll keep writing, because fixing this bug and allowing me to enjoy the game properly is my right as a paying player.

I still can’t participate in the Siege War content. Instead of receiving my rewards, all I see is a message saying that rewards are available, along with a “Claim Rewards” button. But when I click it, a popup appears saying there was an error while claiming the rewards — and nothing changes. This issue has been ongoing for over three months now.

At the very least, since you’re selling paid products, you should have the integrity to fix such a critical bug. As someone who has paid and supported this game for a long time, I deserve to enjoy the content I’ve paid for — and you, as the seller, have the responsibility to guarantee that right.
