Can not log in and play neither on my phone nor my PC

Tried relogging and reinstalling game on both platforms using 2 accounts i have but to no result, same message appears:
“A connection to the server could not be established. If this problem persists, please check if there is an update in the app store.”

Tried on my phone and 2 different pc’s with both my accounts!

After a small update on both appstore and battle.net…it still says the same thing and game won’t start
