- Error on Game Launch — Code 15.1.0.118741 / 118869
Problem Description:
When launching the game, the reward popup appears.
After clicking “Claim” / “Confirm”, the reward is not granted, and the error code appears:
15.1.0.118741 / 118869
The popup repeats approximately 12 times, after which the game allows progress.
Steps to Reproduce:
Launch Warcraft Rumble.
Wait for the reward popup to appear.
Click the confirm/claim button.
Observe the error code → repeats multiple times.
Expected Result:
The reward should be claimed immediately without errors.
Actual Result:
Unable to claim the reward; the error code keeps appearing.
- Unable to Claim End-of-PvP Season Reward
Problem Description:
After the last PvP season ends, the end-of-season reward popup appears.
Clicking “Claim” sends the game to the Blizzard splash screen and causes it to freeze.
Steps to Reproduce:
Log in to the game after the PvP season ends.
Wait for the end-of-season reward popup.
Click “Claim”.
Game freezes at the Blizzard logo.
Special Conditions:
Issue consistently occurs on 2 different phones and PC.
Works correctly on a different account → problem is specific to this account.
Reinstalling the game or changing language does not help.
Expected Result:
The reward should be granted, and the game should continue normally.
Actual Result:
The game client freezes after clicking “Claim”.
Conclusion
The issues are likely related to corrupted or incorrect account data, causing errors when processing rewards.
Please check my account and resolve the issues with in-game rewards.
