Azeroths Blessing and Hallows End Event Credit

I have two separate but similar purchase failures.

  1. I have not received daily rewards from Azeroth Blessing for several days. Blizzard Order #US1081838600
  2. I have not received Hallow’s End event credit for Azeroth’s Blessing nor purchasing any Hallow’s End Bundles. Blizzard Order #US1084941343
    I don’t want a refund, but I would like the event credit please.
