Azeroth Blessing Ysera Event

I have purchased Azeroth Blessing for 4.99$ in order to receive 12k of Ysera event currency, it got bugged and I can’t collect the reward. I know some people are saying that there is compensation with 20k of the event currency but didn’t get that either.

Also on top of that I only received the initial reward (600 gold coins) and nothing else.

Please help.
