Azeroth’s blessing purchased in October doesn’t give daily rewards

same here, blizz, plz dont broke the game.

Same here, exactly the same issue, cant get thé reward from the Event.

Confirmed affected for the 3rd day here. 10/18

After all this days I still don’t get the rewards. Any help with this ?

Bought the Blessing on the 12th; still no rewards save for the initial one. If it was working I would at least be working on the Bats now for the Halloween Event. Instead I have to wait as these things are bugged as hell :frowning: Missing out on 840 Gold and 7 Books so far; please gift these retroactively so we can at least spend the missed out money on buying Stars for Bats and Headless Horseman.

Same problem here as well. I’m also posting my ticket journey so people can see the thread in the hopes that it will help others. This is still not resolved.

I purchased on the 10th and have not had it work yet. I think they did attempt to give me some lump sum gold to cover it, but it was only like a quarter or a third of the total rewards and no tomes. And the daily reward is what I wanted. Plus, as others have mentioned, there is now an event quest for it so I can’t get that either as it has left the shop and is no longer there seeing that I bought it already, so I can’t even try to buy it again.

As you can see from one of the replies, it seems that there is confusion about what Azeroth’s Blessing is or does (they tried to give me the initial gold only?) from the GMs as they may think it is a one time lump sum or something only. And don’t know how much it is worth either. So it seems crazy that they can’t look this up and also understand what the purchase was and what the math is. They claimed they gave it to me but the math they listed isn’t correct (I guess other than the initial amount?). I have reread that post about them fixing it and I still can understand what they are saying. I feel for them. It is a hard job, for sure. But still. Someone may need to help them understand this one better.

Then they send me here to post, I guess? Which to me means I’m never going to get help on this and I lost that real world money. They gave up? Despite receipts and being able to look at my account? I guess it is only $5, but oof, this still isn’t good.

At this point, why would I purchase any more items from them if they just take my money? There are too many bugs with the real world may transactions in this game to give me confidence it won’t break again.

It is too bad, I love the game.

This purchase within Warcraft Rumble was purchased on Oct. 10th and was redeemed right away but the game has not yet given it to me, yet it disappeared from the in game store. I’ve purchased this item many times in the past. Azeroth’s Blessing which occurs every day after you buy it.

It says it was completed, as well, so I don’t think it is a matter of pending?

Purchases made from a mobile device may take up to 72 hours to process. If it has been 72 hours since the purchase was made, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your game is up-to-date. Purchases may be only be available with the newest game version.
  2. Using the in-game Profile menu, log out from all devices you use to access the game.
  3. Log back in on the device where you made the purchase.
  4. Check the shop for the product you tried to purchase. You may have received a credit allowing you to purchase it again.
  5. Try earning more of the missing product. For example, if you are missing tomes after a purchase, earning a new tome from the daily activities may allow you to open the missing one(s). Similarly, earning more coins may refresh your total amount.

If none of the above work, please sent us a copy of the receipt of the purchase to make further verification.

I linked the completed transaction in the first ticket. Can you access that? It goes through Apple so I may not have their receipt yet.

I tried logging out and back in and this has been over days of not working and I’ve acquired gold since then.

I see. Ok, I see the transaction in my Apple history as cleared. But I don’t think I have the email from them yet. So I can wait for that if you need that. Or take a screenshot of the Apple history. It has already been over 72 hours as I mentioned at first at I bought it on the 10th. That is why I waited this long to submit a ticket.

Let me know if you need to wait for the email from Apple (which is always delayed from the actual transaction) or what. Thanks.

Hello. I received the receipt from Apple and attached it. I also am attaching a PDF of the Blizzard transaction itself. As stated, this was on the 10th.

Once I made the transaction, the offer went away so I thought I bought it just fine as I had in the past. But it never showed up in the game.

So I paid for it on the 10th. It has been well over 72 hours as well. Now you see that Apple charged me as well.

I’m very confused and nothing in the above thread explains what you just said in your last post.

I did receive a random amount of coins today. But what was that for exactly? I don’t see an explanation in this ticket still.

What I purchased is not coins alone. Maybe the GMs aren’t aware? It is worth 3600 coins and 30 times. I am supposed to get daily coins of 120 and a tome each day. I have not gotten anything. I’ve purchased this before. In fact, there is a quest related to this that I’d like to get credit for and can’t now. Plus it not longer shows up so I can’t even purchase it again.

No Gm in this thread has explained what you are telling me. Not that I can read.

My purchase is not a one time thing nor is it o my worth 600. I did make another purchase after this that worked. Maybe that is what you are confusing with what this ticket is about?
