I bought the Arclight booster seeing that “Orcy’s Bank” had 8032 gold banked and the bundle telling me I would recieve this gold as well as the 1000 gold you get on top of that. However when I bought the booster all I got was the 1000 gold with the 8k nowhere to be seen.
After making a ticket about this issue hoping to get compensated or at the very least getting the gold added to my account all I got instead was:

This is unacceptable and quite frankly terrible service. It almost feels like Blizzard doesn’t want people to remain their customers anymore when they refuse to actually help with these problems and instead put the responsibility on the customer to try and get the devs attention. It makes no sense and it is incredibly infuriating.
For any potential GMs or devs reading this please do something about the problem and compensate those of us who have become victim to this bug, speaking as someone who has worked customer service for years it is basic service to do so.
