Arclight Booster not working/did not receive

I am not receiving extra gold and experience from the Arclight Booster. I have been tracking the gold and xp I’m receiving from things like quests, campaign, etc., and none of it is being boosted. I receive the base amount of gold and xp from all activities that are supposed to be affected by the Arclight Booster.

During my purchase of the Arclight Booster, my game crashed while the transaction was processing. When I got back into the game, the Arclight Booster was no longer available for purchase. Google Play says the transaction was completed, and I received a receipt from Blizzard for the purchase. However, it doesnt appear that the Arclight Booster is active.

I have the same problem. I do not receive the bonus gold xp after my purchase in any gameplay.

No response yet. This issue still goes unresolved with my account.

I tried to purchase the booster but the store is bugged and I cannot. That brought me to the forums. Now, after seeing that many people are having issues with the Booster not working, I think I will save my money for now.
If Blizzard ever addresses this I may reconsider.

I hope they fixed this issue. I just purchased this today, but I did not receive the retroactive gold

I have the same problem, it is ridiculous on the part of blizzard. Even making tickets where game masters can’t do anything. What the heck kind of service is that?
