After logging in on PC, iOS version is now locked out

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

  • Device Type: iPhone
  • Device Model: 12 Pro Max
  • Device Operating System: iOS 26.0.1
  • Warcraft Rumble App Version: 15.50.0

After I logged into the PC version for the first time, which worked perfectly fine, I can no longer log into the iOS version. I get the error message
" Game Version Error

This account previously logged with a more recent version of the game. Please update the game on your device and try again.

15.0.0.118616/118616"

Is there a fix for this at all?

No fix as of yet. It’s been broken since last Sunday apparently. Commenting on all the threads hoping this gets traction and attention. Not working so far lol. Please fix this Blizz

Having the same issue. reinstall of the app not working. Cmon blizz…this is no longer a mobile game with this bug

A week without Warcraft Rumble working on iPhone if you, upgrade on PC. Without a response or action from Blizzard, that’s unacceptable.

Same problem - how can we draw attention to the 2-3 remaining Warcraft rumble team members at Microsoft/blizzard/Activision

Idk I was wondering the same thing. I play on mobile more than PC. Figures the one time I play on PC in the last month it breaks mobile for me. Really inconvenient. I hope someone sees this and gets a fix soon. I need my mobile game back.

Before my business trip, I accidentally clicked on the game icon on my PC :slight_smile: It cost me a lot of nerves and disappointment in the company. I made two requests to support, and in both cases I received closed responses with a template answer that did not correspond to the topic at all (I consider this disrespectful and will definitely not leave it at that).

I couldn’t find any official information, which is incredibly sad…

There is an update out now. It reinstalled 1.7kmb but this issue is fixed for me after patch
