16k reward for PvP missing

I have reached 16k in PvP for the first time and received no reward. I have seen animation of gold being added, yet no change in the amount I have. I should receive 2250 gold due to the 50% gold upgrade package I bought. Ever since I see a glow on PvP button as if I were to claim the reward, yet I can’t. It has a tick as if it were claimed already. I received the option to buy the truesilver pack correctly.

I tried reinstalling the app, winning additional PvP match, quset match, and waiting till the end of day. Nothing helped I still have not recieved the reward.

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

  • Device Type: Samsung
  • Device Model: S24
  • Device Operating System: Android newest version.
  • Warcraft Rumble App Version: newest, at the end of Cenarion event : 8.0.0.1xxx

I have exactly the same issue.
I reached 16k around 10 hours ago.

Device Type: Samsung
Device Model: S21 Ultra
Device Operating System: Android 14
Warcraft Rumble App Version: 8.30.0

hi, I just had the exact same problem when reaching 14k in PvP, did you finally find the solution?

Same problem here. iPhone 12 Pro. Missed my 14k reward. They telling me they haven’t seen this problem before. But it seems like there is alot of people struggling with this. We won’t get our rewards. promise

I have same problem claiming 20k pvp reward, legendary core… Please give me it

Does anyone have update on last months pvp gold reward issues? Is there a solution or any other place we should submit a ticket on?
