You can still make chat rooms, just press “join channel” and type in a channel name. If there’s anyone already using that channel you’ll join it, otherwise, you’ll create it.
Whispering is only allowed between mutual friends. If you want to shake hands and say “GG” do it before the game ends, or make a friend request.
