Where is my compaign progress?

why after half year my campain progress is reset? i played it on new client on new reforge version. why its all gone?

Campaign progress is stored locally. Playing on a new computer, sometimes when the game crashes, formatting the hard drive, possibly uninstalling , etc and the progress is lost.

But i also lost profile icons from campaign achievments. Blizzard doesnt store this data too?

Unfortunately not. Everything that campaign related is stored locally.

It’s definitely a good idea to back up the campaign data periodically.
