the problem is your windows 10 build. that build have seriously compatibility issues with games.

Investigating this issue, we do not have any outstanding known connection issues for North America around the period of your post or in recent dates. Your build of windows appears to be fine and upto date. The WinMTR clearly shows minor packet loss starting at hop 2:

Continues all the way down in both tests.
We would recommend in this case to contact your Internet Service Provider let them know you are disconnecting in online games, show them the WinMTR and aks them to review the situation. They should be able to resolve the packet loss from here and get you back to normal.
