According to the information on you website, after redeeming a key (before Nov 21,2025) From the old W3, the option to download Reforged should be unlocked. I Have a key for Region of Haos, wich i redeemed, but Reforged still isn’t unlocked for me
When using a redeemed RoC key, the install is a little wonky.
To install it:
- Log out of the launcher
- Click the cog icon in the upper right of the log in window
- Select Continue without logging in
- Buy button will change to Install
- Once install starts you can log back in to the launcher in the upper right

Levi beat me to it, but that is the proceedure. The battle.net app doesn’t check for the RoC key unless hte game is installed (It assumes a prior installation I think is the reason why it happens this way). So it has to be manually installed while logged out before it will recognize it.
