Systemic high latency and a myriad of other issues

Hi Blizzard Team, or team who now does the work for Blizzard, who knows.

Just played 6 games with friends (3on3) who are all on EU. Oddly enough: all games we had a latency of >200 MS. That is insane for a 2020 released game. In fact: legacy had much lower latency in games than this. I don’t get how this keeps happening. This should not be this bad: there is literally no game of any age where such latency can be mildly considered as acceptable. Nothing on this planet has this issue and reforged has this and it has been over a year. When will this be fixed?

In addition there are still bugs with creep AI as this is altered from legacy, yet no single note has been made on this so it seems to be all unintentional: creeps more often redirect back to their original target, creeps now spawn with full mana as the game starts, they might go beserk on specific units. Nothing of this was the case in legacy.

Also: pathfinding is highly broken. There are so many bugs in this. In reforged it is close to impossible to surround an enemy unit. They will simply pop out like wannaB blademaster. They slither through the smallest gaps. In fact: spamming surround will often cause units to expand the circle again?! What?! Also units moving over the map obstruct each other much more than they did in legacy. Frankly: in manage games the challenge is not to beat the enemy: the challenge is not to get tilted by pathfinding and give the creeps a higher kill count than the enemy.

The contrast on the minimap is decreased compared to legacy, making it harder to spot units. Same for health and mana bars: why was this latered? Why is there a gap between the two? This makes no sense.

I’m also wondering when we will get to see the benefits of linking our old classic accounts. I can understand some issues, but all of this is very basic and it has been over a year? How is that even possible? Literally nothing has changed since release besides the game now being more skewed from a balance perspective? Like, how? By now it must be a disadvantage at a job interview if Blizzard is listed on the resume.

EDIT;
Update: we played 20 games yesterday (3on3 and 4on4) and about 4 of these games had ping below 200; about 13 games had ping over 200 and 3 games had even pings ranging over 300 up to 400.

How is this possible? We are all logged in on Europe. We also face known europeans. How can for example everyone being from the Netherlands, Germany, France, United Kingdom and Sweden be put in a game and be placed on the US West server and everyone having > 200 ms? This is insane? Legacy did not have this, no single game has this. Hell, not even quake from 1999 has this much issue with latency. Even statistically there are only 3 servers so even if it would be fully random we would have more games with normal ping. It seems there is a logic applied to ensure that the outcome for normal ping is strongly deminished?
