Are you guys just trying to find new ways to make this 20 year old game horrible for mac users? The load times suddenly became unbearable. Dota takes literally 10 minutes to load while it used to take five seconds. It is not my mac, it is the latest update. W T F ??? Please fix!!! And stop killing our game! Is this microsoft now trying to toy with mac users again?
Honestly one day I’m actually going to start a class act ion law suit (wow, the word is actually cen sored) against blizzard. Not even considering all the issues, lowering graphics settings for non reforged, which people had for 20 years, has to be illegal.
lol this will never happen nor will it ever succeed. You’re never going to get one red cent out of Blizzard for a bug in a videogame.
Chief among the reasons why is no software developer has any obligation to keep something working properly forever; Not defending them here, it’s just a fact, any class action needs a lot of class members and a lawyer willing to take it up, and I don’t think you’ll be able to find either.
Having bugs occur in video games is most definitely not illegal. Pretty much you’d have to prove actual malice which is extremely hard to do, even with actual evidence like an employee saying “I want to break the game for mac users because I don’t like them.”
The team simply has 2 developers and closed proprietary code.
Therefore, it is impossible to hire a group of enthusiasts who would do the same thing, only with a real interest in the game.
Your lawsuits will not help, because a company of this level has a whole staff of lawyers. It is easier for them to pay for the services of lawyers than to hire adequate developers.
They can’t even pay for the work of Saul, who sits and records his videos on YouTube for days.
The most they could do was give him a portrait of a makrura. It’s just funny. A multi-million dollar company rewarded a player… by giving him a portrait in the game!
