Is this gaming releasing in the next 2 weeks??? What’s taking so long to give a simple answer to thousands upon thousands of people who paid for this game a year ago?

Warcraft® III: Reforged releases on or before December 31, 2019. It’s on the store page.
So, unless otherwise stated, there is no need to ask every day for an answer we already have.

that is a place holder release date. noone really knows when it will be released.

No one knows the exact date, yes, but they did say it will be released this year.
it is a big difference between a sure release date and an expected one. the release date provided is expected and not sure.

It’s legally binding date. They stated this date on the page of the online store, so they are obligated to provide the game within promised time frame.
Only in a few countries. That isn’t true in most countries, such as the one Blizzard is based in.
Not true. The only legal binding thing is giving a placeholder date. Same thing happened as i said many times with Doom Eternal and it got delayed and no legal problems, if anyone wants a refund that is the only thing they can do.
