I think they would face some fines then it would change the ESRB rating. But, the ESRB board didn’t do anything about Elder Scrolls Series until Oblivion. And there’s video stating of why Oblivion was changed from Teen to Mature for a good reason.
Funny thing is that the correlation between violence in games and violence has never been scientifically proven, but hey, if it’s about money it’s always good right?
