Profile not updating games count

hi
hqsu#2921, my game count never update since more than 1 year or smthing
if u check leaderboard / my teams matches you can see i have a lot of games, but if you check just raw profile stats, look like i have only few games
can we unlock/update it ?..

My profile Shiblinski#2667 also says 0-3, although I played hundreds of games since release of W3 Reforged… the issues is there since release of reforged, seems like many people have this issue… but still not fixed. Also there are reports to be found that are older and older about this issue and still nobody reacted. sadge.
