im looking for any game mode and i didnt find any game, just waiting in queue
You can try switching the gateway you connect through by clicking the little globe button above the play button in the battle.net app, or you can try using a VPN to change how your connection reaches the servers. This is a somewhat common issue but it is entirely a networking one. You may also have an overly restrictive firewall or network configuration causing the system not to be able to match players to you.
