Need Big Help for WoW its important!

You see I had an issue where I was paying a subscription fee for a few months and I did not get to play not a single game do to a certain reason of the forgetful mind and I was wondering if you can do anything about it…

Like I pay for it all so I was wondering if you can cut some 1-month subscription out. Because I think I got like 20 of those and yea that bit of bad days.

I don’t got a LVL 10 character so I cannot get to the WoW forums and talk if Customer support can help.

All im asking for is that i get my money back…

It’s not likely, much in the same way you wouldn’t get money back for not watching your cable or using internet.

That aside, nothing like this can be done over the forums. You can try explaining it to Billing and see where it goes.

You can submit a support ticket to Billing here.

On a side note, even without a sub/game time, you can still post in WoW’s Support forums.

How do you thank someone at the forums or do you just say thank you to the player.
Also, there is a support ticket issue where I do not know where to get one…
It might not come until at the end of the Virus pandemic if you can help a bit.
