My bnet profile got deleted after PTR update

Hi.

So, yesterday we received a PTR update. Together with it I received a complete wipe of my bnet profile (real one, not ptr): all game records, all icons, even my clan aren’t showing on bnet anymore. It’s like I opened WC3 for the first time. I’ve tried to play 1 game just to see if it will get me everything back: nope, now I just have 1-0 instead of 0-0.

What should I do? How can I fix it?

Maybe you changed game region from Europe to Americas or whatever?

Okay, apparently somehow I did, or maybe it auto changed when I downloaded PTR and then went back to the retail.

Didn’t even notice this since ping was the same and account also. Thank you a lot!
