I do not know which section to put this again? For sure is a Bug+ happening in Competitive 4v4 + also Tech support and also General (others are complaining as well)!
Idea is that after a win " Failed to retreive data " persists and Orc/ Undead/ Random Matchmaking wins (For Portraits) are Not updated. They are stuck at certain values. (eg. 1049).
From eg 10 wins/day only 1 or 2 are counted. Rest either not counted or counted as looses.
When do you plan to fix this? Or if is Not a general issue, than tech support can please have a look on my account’s statistics?
