[Mac] Subgroup Order modifier doesn't work with Command

When you select the option to use the Command key instead of the Control key, it doesn’t apply to the sub-group order modifier key (which stays bound to Control). This is counter intuitive–– the command key should become the new key for any use of the Control key.

Seems like a bug.

Yes, i also noticed that.
In fact, in 1.32.0 and 1.32.1 there is no issue like this. But in 1.32.2 and after, Command key is not working correctly.
