If you still have your old computer, you need to copy your progress to your new computer.

This post is about backing up your profile info, but you can use it to copy from one computer to another too.

PSA - Backing Up Campaign Progress

With the recent patches seemingly resetting all campaign progress, and several reports of progress being lost after a game crash, it might be helpful to periodically back up the files that store the campaign information.
