I have a fix - (me EU located):

Switch to US server, since the matchmaking is anyway global you can still play with friends AT and match the same enemies as before. For me the server switch fixed the issue, now its counting for me.
If you face these issues on US server, try the same and switch to EU server.

Same issue here, EU server, Windows 11 machine, old keys without reforged/remastered.

Itā€™s not working for me since the release of reforged. I hoped for a fix with the 2.0 but sadly itā€™s not :frowning:. Iā€™ve tried the US server but it didnā€™t help.

EU located, WIN 10, Classic Key User

EU = 100+ games already, doesnā€™t count a single win/loss, unlocking of icons also not possible
Switch on US Server = counting and unlocking of icons work, just sometimes counting is bugged / not working

Note: Matchmaking is global now (AT works, u face the same enemies across all servers) , so it doesnā€™t matter on which server you play, as long as your stats counting works itā€™s fine. I have the same ping as on EU.

Same problem, last 4 games werenā€™t counted

This bug completely fixed with last small patch, at least for me! All games counted in ladder skirmish from now.

Strange, i tried it right now, three 1x1 games one by one was counted. It`s still ok for me^))

So, this patch did not fix the issue of crashing after the custom game ends, did it? Okay, more other bugs have arrived

Games arenā€™t counting AGAIN after new update. Iā€™m tired of playing a ladder that doesnt count games.

I have the same issues since yesterday and it is super frustrating, there are 3 forum posts about this can we do something, should not be that hard???
