Is the main menu supposed to be this laggy?

Topic.

My comp’s not the greatest but I can run BFA on medium-ish settings. Why is the main menu in WC3R giving me like 5 fps?

When I downsize the resolution to 800x600, it’s smoother, but this is a main menu, why is it so intensive?

Also, Is there any chance that the UI will be fixed? The font is pretty awful and the chat windows clash with the Custom Game windows; they overlap funny and it just has a very unpleasant visual design.

If you have both integrated GPU (from Intel CPU for example) and external GPU, see if you can deactivate the integrated one. It is known issue that for some weird reason integrated GPU will lag the menus.

As for the UI, they’re looking for UI designer currently, so it may be improved in future but I doubt it will be in near future.
