then were not talking about the same thing, you could pick any casual player and give them maphack and they wouldn’t suddenly become the best player in the world
I am Darkness Incarnate! Soon you shall all…" (phone ringing) "Always the worst timing. I’m so sorry, hold on… Who is this? Darkness who? Oh. Umm… hmm… okay. I’m being sued for trademark infringement. Now that’s evil!
Does the dreadlord say that?
If Blizzard took a note from Valve and Dota 2 then maphacking would not be possible. Their stuff is totally server side. No possible way, unless you hack the entire network. Currently I think it’s all still local, so yes it’s still possible, although “free” “undetectable” ones don’t exist really anymore.
maphack has been here for years…
its what killed the game in the firstplace…
Yes Maphack existed not too long since 2004, during those times I have caught at least 8 players got their account banned. I saved replay and report hacks along with the replay. After two weeks, you “/stats” their Nick, account gone. I recall one very obvious, I went invisible mortar, his hero followed my units up and down and another hitting me when I was in fog of war from his position, he could see and hit me.
Maphack isnt a thing atm.
But streamsniping is, and this can also be called cheating.
