Is it possible to play good old TFT on bnet?

Installed TFT from the good old CD from 2004.

but connect to bnet no longer works.

is it still possible to play TFT bnet?

if so… how to do it?

Sadly, no, you can’t. Warcraft III: RoC & TFT merged into Warcraft III: Reforged. You no longer can play the original game on Battle.net, but you can play it on Gameranger.

Upgrade to the current version of Warcraft III after making sure your Reign of Chaos CD key is attached to your BattleNet 2.0 account. Launch Warcraft III from the BattleNet application and it should give you access to both RoC and TFT content, as well as online multiplayer including old custom maps that may or may not still work (varies from map to map).

TFT was effectively merged into RoC in the run up to Reforged, giving access to both content. For most purposes the content of both is left unchanged, except for the unexplained and purposeful removal of some models from Warcraft III such as the Chaos Orc Marine used for a bonus scene during the credits.

Legacy versions of Warcraft III cannot officially support multiplayer due to causality.

There are some rogue servers that provide this. Officially it is not possible anymore. We are unsure why blizzard killed off the legacy system. Especially considering the platform and its UI is not appricated at it is flooded with poor coding, bugs and just generally very poor UI design.

Cool.

It seems like redeem code is not taking my ROC CD-KEY. time to raise a support ticket~

Thanks
