I am noticing that Acti-Blizz is degrading over time. WoW has to eventually end and right now only COD is making them money.
Currently Diablo 4 (O_O)and Overwatch 2 (reskin?) is coming which is nice and all.
I think a Warcraft 4 with assets similar from new Reforged models would be awesome.
I mean you guys pretty much failed remastering this game. So when a new game is made for either Starcraft or WC I think you owe it to us to make WC4 first.
No please it took untolerable amount of time to balance w3 and sc2. i would never could go throught that amount of shiat again.
Iâll be real if they dont release stuff or even fix the game for reforged. I highly doubt people will buy more blizzard games. Like honestly, they should of just released this game as EARLY ACCESS to the players who have ORDERED reforge. But instead they rather flop out a game that wasnât up to par. Leaving the customers such as myself all confused wtf is going on with reforged.
I really liked warcraft 3 to, but its astonishing how badly they batched this game. Apparently peoples stats are all messed up in 4v4 because of desyncs, and team queues. Combined with a terrible ToS that no doubt will scare people away from the beloved custom games. Iâm really baffled who is calling the shots with blizzard these days⌠But to if Blizzard were to quit Warcraft reforge updates right now, and just put out more games. Talk about a good company that has gone to crap.
Making Warcraft 4 would require new story, new art and new gameplay. Reforged only required the first two and they didnât manage to deliver it on time. I would rather give them time to fix all problems with this game than ask them for Warcraft 4 that may be too different from Warcraft 3.
Why wouldnât they create Warcraft 4?
They have greatly damaged their reputation in Warcraft 3 Reforged, among other things because if you promise something, it promises.
There is no other option that it will not be! Especially a company like blizzard!

There is one thing that I do not understand.
But if you look at WoW, Herstone and Owervatch. Everyone was making referrals to W3. Like advertising it.
In addition to the planned tournaments. I think Blizzar really thought that reforged was going to come out as advertised but something happened in between.
The thing is for a WC4 to work wow needs to end. Or just pull a WOD and be a part of an alternative universe. I just donât see it going well. Wow isnât going anywhere any time soon.

We enter the Shadowlands in WoW and it has different time flow. Days in Shadowlands are like years. This means that after our return from Shadowlands, Azeroth will change a lot. This hole can be filled by Warcraft 4.
Sadly, if they couldnât do a remaster in time, they wonât risk announcing a full game now.

How is D4 perceived? Im not into Diablo franchise since War3 came out in 2001-02 but looking at the graphics I feel I wanna find time to play that too. Druid and LoD really made it for me, and here they are in D4.
A lot of nerves that were pretty settled when gameplay footage actually hit and discussed, as well as the ensuing blog posts from David Kim about how theyâre designing stuff. Itemization being more reminiscent of the old games and other ARPGs rather than Diablo 3âs. Building a character mattering rather than just âslap on the better itemâ.
I think the most common stuff said about it in a critical light is the UI (especially the inventory/character window) being super basic and kind of a waste (they could just have a âzoom inâ hotkey if you want to look at your character, donât need the preview in the UI panel), wondering how the random/open multiplayer will pan out, and the horses (which seems kind of fine to me, theyâre for the open world traversal but waypoints and town portals will be around still, plus dungeons are still dungeons).
EDIT: And in particular, cooldown abilities for offense being around still when resources are obviously still around to spend. So the one I saw in particular was Druid cashing out all their skills and then a notably âlongâ (it was like 6 or 8 seconds but still thatâs a while in a game) period of just having their basic offense skill available only. Granted youâll be able to customize your build and that was just the demoâs default Druid (that they couldnât change), but still.
Given that Azeroth suffered from a world ending threat every two years, it is likely that during our absence something happens. It is calculated that if we stay in Shadowlands for half a year(duration of recent expansions in lore), we will spend around 70 years away from Azeroth. There is a huge space to fill, especially since many major characters can die of old age.
Remember that WoW en lore drinks from the W3.
half of the important pcs that come out in more than one expansion are from the W3 and so the wow creates a pj. W3 created as 9.
so WoW itself needs a W4 or W3 with DLC. Itâs no coincidence that the Reforged comes out just when they admitted they ran out of ideas to steal from the W3.

There wont be any RTS produced by this company.
Most of the talent behind Blizzardâs best strategy games is no longer with them and RTS is not a genre to invest money in, from an âAAAâ corporationâs point of view. No RTS, however successful, will make as much money as ârecurring payment, live service blah blah blahâ product.
In my opinion no major publisher will greenlight a strategy game any time soon. Golden era of RTS is done. There are still hybrid games like Total War and various TBS and grand strategy games. We can at least take some solace in that.
