I click the download update button and it exits wc3 and does absolutely nothing.
I’m not the only one… can you please HELP us?

Same here. been pretty patient with everything else, but this “update” is really pissing me off

same here. I’ve been staying out of the reddit page and playing some other games. now that i actually want and have time to play, i can’t. i was minimally annoyed before but now i’m going to start talking with my dollars.

What’s the deal? No one is going to reply from Blizzard? Anyone get this fixed?
The Support forums aren’t official contact points with Bliz. They’re at their core player-to-player help desks with Bliz responding when and where they can.
To get official, one on one support you want to use the support ticket system. In this case, you can use this support ticket to get in touch.
