I didnât requested a refund because I think itâs great blizzard is making this version already and iâm not a crying baby like everyone else on the forum
I trust Grubby. He is critical but he does it in a calm way and doesnt go into a rage which I respect.
I was about to ask for a refund, but Iâll wait for more news

Arenât they supposed to release Reforged Campaign plus the original. Those were the original plans to have both and the players can enjoyed the both. Now with this current news I am rethinking refund

I think you must be confused.
Just because you want a new game doesnât mean that was what was planned or announced by Blizzard.
They announced REFORGED which is essentially a Remaster but with some tweaks, like the Map Editor being upgraded, Battle.net launcher support and many other CHANGES which essentially means they cannot call it just a Remaster because it would be incorrect.
If this was called Warcraft 4 I would be in agreement.
But sorry itâs Reforged Warcraft 3.
The part about Editor and CampaignâŚ
These are being tweaked and improved upon so you are essentially getting what you asked for. New models, new gender variants and new cut scenes.
Cut scenes always were and always have been zooming in on the in-game model with lines of text (and voice in terms of the campaign) playing out on screen.
(Cinematic being Illidan vs Arthas or Grom/Thrall vs Mannoroth).
So I am confused as to what you are complaining about now since you are getting exactly what you claim to want.
As Pete Stilwell said in the DeepDive interview.
They listened to the community and the feedback was fairly âdivisiveâ.
Meaning a lot of people shared my view that we didnât want the game to be changed to appease WoW players. Since Warcraft 3 and itâs events happened before WoW and have been untouched for 17 years.
This is a decision many people share sentiment with.
BUT I however do believe that was not the only reason, time constraints probably had a big influence.
But it was indeed a factor in their decision.
I do leave the job to Blizzard.
And Blizzard decided against WoW retconns.

Stop pre-ordering games. Especially when you are not sure what you are paying for.
Game development is not easy and things are subject to changes.
Wait until you know what you are getting before you hand them your cash.

Please get more time for this game and bring all the content promised! Even if this takes a long time! That promised content is essentialy to the future of Warcraft 3 Reforged!

And why does someone consider it necessary to regularly write here âgo back to wow forumâ, âwow is trashâ and the like? Cancel pre-order - an opinion on the quality of the future product. Someone pre-ordered after the announcement, learned a year later about the changes, decided that it was not worth the money, made a refund. Judging by the reaction here, he is not alone. Pre-orders or their cancellation is the most effective way to influence the product and the developer before the release. Depending on the quantity, of course.

The campaign is amazing and needs the polish and things that will enhance the entertainment when you go play! This game needs the previously promised content!
