The solution is: Reforged is broken. There is no help soon, since Blizzard already dropped the support for it. Go buy a mobile game and make Activision/Blizzard happy. 
You need to explain your issue more clearly. Are you trying to play LAN? Or is there an issue hosting a custom game? Or is there an issue with one or more of the clients joining the custom game?
I create Custom game, I send invitation to my friend and he never see the invitation…
I play with him for a long time and this has never happened

Same problem here, it happen on Wednesday last week

I suggest trying to join each other through the custom game list. In case it is something broken with their invitation system.
